Pixalo provides digital design resources, including UI kits, templates, and creative assets for personal and commercial use.

License Overview

All assets available on Pixalo are provided under a non-exclusive, non-transferable commercial license.

This license allows you to use our resources in real-world projects while protecting the originality and ownership of our products.

What You Can Do ✅

When you download or purchase an asset from Pixalo, you are allowed to:

• Create end products

  Use assets for your own personal projects or client work

• Use commercially

  Apply assets in paid projects, products, or services

• Modify and customize

  Edit, adapt, or manipulate assets to fit your needs

• Combine with other work

  Integrate Pixalo resources into larger design systems or products

• Unlimited usage

  Use any asset across unlimited projects with no usage cap

All final outputs must be part of a larger end product, not the original asset itself.

What You Cannot Do ❌

To protect creators and the platform, you are strictly prohibited from:

• Reselling or redistributing assets

  You may not sell, share, sublicense, or distribute assets (free or paid)

• Repackaging as your own product

  You cannot replicate, modify, or rebrand assets to list them as your own on any platform

• Creating competing products

  You may not use Pixalo assets to create templates, UI kits, or design resources for resale on marketplaces

• Storing or copying for reuse outside the intended use

  You cannot copy templates/components into your own library or system for future resale or redistribution

• Sharing in private or public channels

  Includes marketplaces, client libraries, Telegram/Discord groups, bots, or any distribution system

Ownership & Intellectual Property

All assets remain the intellectual property of Pixalo.

Purchasing or downloading an asset does not transfer ownership, only the right to use it under this license.

You may not claim Pixalo assets (modified or unmodified) as your own intellectual property.

Accounts & Access

• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Access may be revoked if terms are violated
• Licenses are granted per user and are non-transferable

Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

All assets are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

Pixalo is not responsible for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of our resources.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Pixalo constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
