This License Agreement (β€œAgreement”) is a legal agreement between you (β€œUser”, β€œLicensee”) and Pixalo (β€œwe”, β€œour”, β€œus”).

By accessing, downloading, or using any Pixalo assets, you agree to be bound by this License.

License Overview

Pixalo grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, commercial license to use our design resources.

This means:

  • You can use assets in real projects
  • You cannot resell or redistribute them as products

All assets are licensed, not sold.

What You Can Do βœ…

With a valid Pixalo license, you are allowed to:

1. Create End Products

Use Pixalo assets to build:

  • Websites
  • Mobile apps
  • SaaS products
  • Client projects

2. Commercial Use

You may use assets in:

  • Paid client work
  • Commercial products
  • Freelance or agency projects

3. Modify & Customize

You are free to:

  • Edit, adapt, and manipulate assets
  • Change layouts, colors, components
  • Combine with other design systems

4. Combine with Other Work

Use Pixalo assets as part of a larger product or system.

5. Unlimited Usage

Your license includes:

  • Unlimited projects
  • Unlimited end products
  • No usage cap

What You Cannot Do ❌

To protect Pixalo and its creators, the following are strictly prohibited:

1. No Resale or Redistribution

You may NOT:

  • Sell assets as-is or modified
  • Share assets publicly or privately
  • Distribute via marketplaces, websites, or channels

2. No Repackaging

You may NOT:

  • Replicate or modify assets to list as your own product
  • Rebrand Pixalo resources for resale

3. No Competing Products

You may NOT:

  • Create templates, UI kits, or design systems for sale
  • Build a competing resource library using Pixalo assets

4. No Asset Storage for Redistribution

You may NOT:

  • Copy templates/components into your own library for resale
  • Store assets to reuse outside intended project usage

5. No Sharing Access

You may NOT:

  • Share assets via:
    • Client libraries
    • Team sharing (without proper licenses)
    • Telegram, Discord, or private groups
    • Bots or automated systems

Ownership & Intellectual Property

  • All Pixalo assets remain the intellectual property of Pixalo
  • You do not own the assets, even after download
  • You only receive a license to use them

You may not claim Pixalo assets (modified or not) as your own.

Account & License Usage

  • Each license is for a single user
  • Accounts cannot be shared or transferred
  • Misuse may result in:
    • Account suspension
    • Permanent access removal

Subscription & Access

  • Active subscription is required to access premium assets
  • After cancellation:
    • You may continue using assets already used in projects
    • You lose access to new downloads and updates

(This follows standard industry practice used by similar platforms)

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your license if you violate any part of this Agreement.

Upon termination, you must:

  • Stop using Pixalo assets
  • Remove or destroy unused copies

Disclaimer

All assets are provided β€œas is” without warranties of any kind.

Pixalo is not liable for:

  • Any damages
  • Loss of data
  • Issues arising from use of assets

Changes to License

Pixalo may update this License at any time. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated terms.
