Digital Product Policy
All Pixalo products are digital and instantly accessible after purchase.
Because of this, we do not offer refunds or returns once a product has been accessed, downloaded, or a subscription has been activated.
Digital goods cannot be βreturned,β and we cannot restrict or revoke access once delivered.
Subscription & Plan Purchases
All subscription plans are non-refundable, including:
- Yearly subscriptions
- One-time purchases
- Lifetime or bundled offers
Special Offers
Any purchase made using:
- Discount codes
- Promotional campaigns
- Limited-time deals
is strictly non-refundable.
Exceptional Cases
